Question: If you win an office football pool, do you tip the pool organizer? if so, how much?

That depends on the pool. Some organizers take a cut before giving out the money, and you don't tip them. If the organizer does not take a cut, then you could buy him lunch, or if you won thousands then a couple of hundred.

No, this isnt charity work, he/ she was doing it for A) Fun and B) to WIN! No tip is needed when it isnt Work being done.

No!!! I ran football pools myself i always got 20 percent of the bets...there r only 4 possible winners that pay 20 percent to each winner so 4 quarters is only 80 percent...that leaves 20 percent to the organizer unless he himself used the 20 percent to bet on his own pool...either way he was paid either free betting or 20 percent of the take
