Okay, whenever people are talking about rap hip hop, whenever some1 mentions lil wayne, someone says " Oh my god hes crap" but Tupac and Biggie are legends. I could see what they mean if they mean tupac biggie had better lyrics and " flow" btw the way what is flow but I cant really tell the difference except lil wayne uses auto tune, 2 me rap is just talking fast to a beatSo what makes a good rapper, the lyrics, the flow of the rapper, what makes 2pac Biggie the legends and lil wayne crap.
