How come Christians spend way more on wedding cakes than any other religion?
I own a bakery and I can tell you first hand a lot of Christians buy the cakes that cost over 2k wedding cakes cost about $500 600 average . While the other religions buy modest cakes.Why do they spend so much money on the cake?There are no $2,000 wedding cakes in the Bible.No, the more expensive cakes aren't better for business. The amount of staff it takes to deal with a 10 layer cake is ridiculous. not to mention how you deliver it.I don't lose money from the expensive cakes. It takes about the same amount of time to make 4 $500 cakes as it does to make 1 $2,000.I'm such a bad business man that I made over half a mill. last year This is just my paycheck.

I'm very happy today after 4 tremendous depressing months of struggling with manic depression because my parents wanted to delay my arranged marriage until after I finish college, I finally convinced them to make my wedding sooner. I bugged and nagged and drove my parents crazy for the last 3 days and they finally gave my aunt in Vietnam a call to hurry up and find me a girl to be my wife in Vietnam. My aunt founded a very beautiful and cute girl who is willing to be my wife and stay with me after marriage, the wedding will be as soon as 7 to 8 months now. I'm so happy but I'm still thinking of what type of wedding cake to get them to make for my wedding reception in Vietnam. I've talked to my fiance today on the phone and she said whenever I come over there to meet her that's when we will decide about the cake. I got tons of my cousins in Vietnam who is attending my wedding. The reason I'm choosing an arranged marriage because I have no luck with girls at all and I can't get a girlfriend, no girls here like me even Vietnamese girls in the states ditched me. I'm also looking and trying to book a trip to meet my fiance as early as the next month. Can anyone please tell me what type of cake should I get for my wedding to look good ? Should I wait until I go to Vietnam to meet my fiance and then decide about the cake ? I'm so happy today and I would really appreciate any help on deciding the cake.

When I was young, I attended a wedding. And after the reception was over...the wedding cake was cut into tiny slices and put into boxes. Then they were passed out to all the girls and we were told to put them under our pillows and we would dream of our soul mate. Was my Aunt on Acid or is this common?I forgot to mention the guy I dreamed of that noght. He was in a light blue suit 70's style and he had a bald head but hair on the sides and a mustach...I was ten years old and thought " great, my soul mate sucks " ...no cake on the bed...it was a sturdy little box
